Relationships are one of the most important parts of life—and are often challenging. Humans are not meant to live in isolation, yet many of us struggle in relationships with partners, family, friends, and colleagues. Many clients seek counselling to better understand, heal, and navigate these challenges. I work with both individuals and couples to support them through this process.

My work with couples focuses on nervous system regulation, communication and understanding the conflict cycle. Together, we explore recurring patterns, learn to track emotional and nervous system responses, and build greater awareness and accountability. The goal is to reduce hurt and distance while creating more capacity for connection, healthy communication, and effective conflict resolution.
