Many of us struggle with mood, the lasting impacts of childhood experiences, nervous system regulation, attachment, communication, and conflict. These challenges can significantly affect stress levels, relationships, and overall life satisfaction.

Through individual and couples counselling, I support clients in understanding these patterns, building emotional awareness, and creating more connected and fulfilling relationships with themselves and others.​​
