Relationships are one of the most important and challenging parts of life!

Many of us struggle with communication and conflict, which can have a significant impact on our stress levels and overall life satisfaction.

​

Clients often seek counselling to better understand and navigate these challenges. I work with both individuals and couples to support them through this process.

​

My work focuses on:

  • Increasing understanding and connection to self and others

  • Healing past wounds

  • Improving nervous system regulation, and

  • Strengthening communication

​

Together, we explore recurring cognitive, behavioural and communication patterns, track emotional and nervous system responses, and build greater awareness and accountability.

​

The aim is to reduce hurt and distance in relationships, while creating more capacity for connection, healthy communication and effective conflict resolution to help reduce stress and improve overall wellbeing.
